Working closely with Shelter Managers, behavior technicians, other shelter staff, and volunteers, you will: Develop and implement individualized behavior modification and enrichment plans for dogs, cats, and other companion animals. You'll be a driving force behind our shelter's behavior and enrichment program, helping animals navigate shelter life, overcome behavioral challenges, and giving them the best possible chance for a successful transition into a home.
