Incumbent will be a highly experienced legal advisor to a variety of functional organizations relating to any area of specialty such as investments and treasury (private placements, bonds, municipal securities, etc), litigation, product development, national accounts, claims, underwriting, sales, customer service, distribution, information technology, corporate and marketing initiatives, etc. for all product lines offered by all domestic (U.S.) companies. · Prepares legally binding documents; drafts, negotiates and develops complex contracts and forms; may be responsible for state filings, approvals of contracts, rates and marketing materials, and systems implementation.
