The Operations Training Leader provides cross-functional leadership in partnership with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and HR to establish, sustain, and continuously improve the site's OJT training system. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $95,000 - $105,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
