Physical Requirements / Work Environment: Must be able to perform the essential functions of the role, including standing for extended periods, climbing stairs and ladders, working at heights, lifting/carrying job-related equipment, wearing required PPE and working in outdoor field conditions, including exposure to extreme heat, cold, wind, rain and other environmental conditions. The Driller promotes a strong safety culture by enforcing Company, customer and regulatory requirements; supporting Permit-to-Work, risk assessments, toolbox talks and safety meetings; ensuring correct PPE use; maintaining good housekeeping; participating in drills, inspections and audits; and reporting incidents, hazards and equipment issues promptly.
