EBA provides civil/site, environmental, geotechnical, structural, transportation, water resources, and water systems engineering; surveying and mapping; construction management/inspection; field and laboratory material testing; subsurface utility engineering; asset management; and geospatial technologies services to clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Must be capable of lifting up to 75 pounds; walking over rough and uneven terrain; standing for up to 12 hours a day on occasion; bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting; using hands to grasp and reach; raising hands above the head; sitting; climbing; and balancing.
