This role combines deep SAP technical and functional expertise with strong industry knowledge to design, govern, and deliver scalable, resilient, and high‑impact SAP solutions that support asset‑intensive, regulated, and operationally complex environments.Operating as both a Solution Architect and Delivery Leader, this role ensures SAP programs successfully transition from solutioning through execution while meeting critical regulatory, operational, and business objectives specific to Utilities and Oil & Gas organizations, including reliability, compliance, asset management, and financial integrity.Solution Architects assess a projects technical feasibility and implementation risks and are responsible for the design and implementation of the overall technical and solution architecture. They define system structures, interfaces, and solution principles that guide enterprise architecture, software design, and delivery execution. The scope of the role is driven by the business challenge being addressed, requiring the architect to apply deep business understanding alongside SAP and technology expertise.At the Solution / Delivery Architect Director level, this role is accountable for owning, shaping, and driving the solution, leading successful delivery outcomes, and strengthening the strategic partnership between Capgemini and the client. Deliver compelling executive presentations and oral submissions; align stakeholders on vision, scope, roadmap, and outcomes.</li><li>Lead solution blueprinting, architecture, and program strategy across the full delivery lifecycle. Champion Capgemini delivery methods, tools, and execution excellence while ensuring capabilities align to market demand.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Expert in SAP S/4HANA transformation approaches (greenfield/brownfield) and organizational change. Apply Capgemini OCM approach to drive adoption and sustainable outcomes (OCM bootcamp required).</li><li>Able to lead and represent the entire proposal, ensuring the quality of proposal delivery through the mobilization and motivation of appropriate teams (Capabilities on/off, peer solution architects, domain experts across BLs, etc).</li><li>Understand clients pain points, opportunities, and business context.</li><li>Able to own plan and deliver an entire oral presentation across Capgemini lines of business for an opportunity in excess of $50 million.</li><li>Able to lead the delivery of a solution business blueprint that will satisfy business requirements and enable timely and profitable delivery on projects greater than $50 million.</li><li>Able to take a leadership role on a program shaping strategy and roadmap across Capgemini lines of business.</li></ul>Your Skills and Experience<ul><li>Bachelors Degree.</li><li>15+ years of professional experience in SAP and Large Scale Transformations with an emphasis in IS-U (Oil & Gas).</li><li>5 + full lifecycle implementations, with strong S/4HANA experience.</li><li>Proven experience delivering S/4HANA greenfield and/or brownfield programs.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and other SAP technologies.</li><li>S/4HANA, BTP, current and emerging patterns for a composable enterprise including: Analytics, Data, Integration, Best of Breed / Best of Suite for Line of Business solutions, and ability to stitch SAP and non-SAP applications together across the application topology to deliver outcomes for client.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership in complex, multi-workstream programs and cross-functional stakeholder management.</li><li>Strong workshop facilitation skills (business capability/process, value case, solution tradeoffs).</li><li>Strong written and verbal executive communication (proposal narrative, exec summaries, oral presentations).</li><li>Experience in consulting environment preferred (Big 4/large SI preferred per your criteria).</li><li>SAP certifications relevant to domain expertise.</li><li>Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) and/or methodology credentials where applicable.</li><li>Able to lead and represent the entire proposal, ensuring the quality of proposal delivery through the mobilization and motivation of appropriate teams (Capabilities on/off, peer solution architects, domain experts across BLs, etc).</li><li>Understand clients pain points, opportunities, and business context.</li><li>Can create and articulate a north star for the engagement, and the business benefits which the proposal will deliver for the client.</li><li>Able to own plan and deliver an entire proposal response from specific reference to a clients requirements, and Oil & Gas industry, including the executive summary, for an opportunity in excess of $50 million, TCV.</li><li>Capable of doing this for proposals that span Capgemini lines of business across the SBU, playing as #OneCapgemini.</li></ul>Compensation and BenefitsThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $123,750-$288,000.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. As a team of Drillers, Helpers, and Mechanics we work with our customers to provide a valuable and professional service.<div>At Steel Drilling, LLC we work with and around heavy equipment and operate in different locations every few days. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company as we grow and change to meet the needs of our customers.</div> <div>Steel Drilling is accepting applications for a mobile mechanic. A valid Driver's License is required. The job requires physical labor, you must wear proper company provided PPE (including but not limited to hard hat, ear plugs, vest, harness), have steel toed boots (company has boot reimbursement program each year to each employee), must pass pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol test, be subject to random testing, maintain a company paid DOT medical certificate, and adhere to ALL safety protocols of Steel Drilling and its customers.</div> <div>Employee must be able to stand and work for extended periods of time, drive for an extended period of time, have full range of movements including bending, reaching, crouching, and be able to frequently lift 75+ lbs. Uniforms can be provided because you will get dirty.</div> <div>As a mobile mechanic for a stone quarry drilling & construction drilling company you will be working with pick-up trucks, quarry trucks, track drills, T4BH drills on crane carriers, compressors and other heavy equipment at the quarries and construction sites as needed in the Rockaway, NJ area and surrounding 2 hour radius with occasional jobs further out of the area.</div> <div>You will be working in all weather conditions and exposed to loud noise and moving parts. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, emergency repairs as needed, corrective measures, PM's that can be done in the field for trucks, drills, and compressors in a timely manner while adhering to all safety protocols. Must have considerable knowledge of heavy equipment & heavy truck repair, assembly, maintenance, & diagnostics of the equipment/truck, experience with hydraulics, considerable amount of knowledge of tools, equipment, and procedures of PM's, general maintenance & emergency repairs.</div> <div>In this position you will be working Monday through Friday, a minimum of 40 hours with overtime as needed. Additionally, there is potential of out of town work which would require you to be away from home OVERNIGHT.
