Your mission As President for the Division Rotary Drilling, you take overall responsibility for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating our strategic direction and business performance. Your mission is to advance our market leading position and ensure we're fit for the future. You report to the President of Mining and are a valued member of the Business Area Management team, leading our high-performing organization towards the future. Job responsibilities <ul><li>Shape, plan, and implement the strategic direction of the division. </li><li>Drive global P&L performance across sales and manufacturing. </li><li>Translating customer needs into actionable strategies that strengthen our value proposition and grow market share. </li><li>Develop a sales approach that clearly demonstrates why we're customers' first choice. </li><li>Enhance our offering and market-leading products through focused, forward-looking plans. </li><li>Identify and develop future leaders while fostering a collaborative, sustainable, and performance-driven culture. </li></ul>Location and flexibility This role is based at the division's headquarters in Alachua, Florida USA, and global travel is a natural and expected part of your job. Your profile You have a background in general management from global environments where you've been accountable for profit and loss. You're confident navigating B2B sales and business development across different markets, and you know how to convert customer insights into clear priorities and execution plans. To be successful in this role, you need: <ul><li>Experience leading complex, international organizations. </li><li>Strong record of delivering business results and strategic execution. </li><li>High cultural awareness and ability to thrive in a global setting. </li><li>Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English. </li><li>A background in mining or construction is an advantage. </li></ul> You lead with confidence, clarity, and courage. Replacing well water pump, well water tanks, wire, drop pipe and drilling wells. CDL license a plus and experience a plus.  Replacing water treatment and delivery salt. Experienced preferred but not necessary. Team player a must. Have to be on time to work and  have a reliable vehicle. Good pay with proficiency at job. Good pay with proven experience. Must be willing to work 40 plus hours a week and some Saturdays. Must be able to work in the heat and different weather climates.  Must be able to listen and follow directions. If you do not have a vehicle do not apply.
