This role will provide some analysis of the subcontractor certified payroll reports, as well as all subcontractor supporting documents to ensure legal compliance with contractual and all applicable federal, state and local regulations as well as company policy and procedures pertaining to all Consigli project sites, which will be accomplished through the development and maintenance of relationships with relevant personnel, to include but not limited to, Government Agencies, Consigli department team members, etc. Investigate and resolve discrepancies that indicate certified payroll fraud, e.g., underpaid workers, apprentices working out of ratio, unpaid overtime, misclassification of workers, and escalate accordingly with the support of the Certified Payroll Manager.
