<ol><li>JOB TITLE:   WELL DRILLER AND WELL DRILLER HELPER</li></ol>LOCATION:  BREVARD COUNTY  COMPANY NAME:  DRILLING AND IRRIGATION SERVICES TYPE:  FULL TIME Drilling and Irrigation Services, a leading provider of water well drilling services, is currently seeking a Well Driller and Well Driller Helper to join our team.  This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable company in a physically active outdoor role that makes a real impact on communities and clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate and maintain drilling rigs and related equipment. Drill residential, commercial, Irrigation and/or agricultural wells Install and develop wells according to specifications and safety regulations Troubleshoot drilling issues Perform routine maintenance on equipment Maintain accurate records of drilling operations Follow all safety guidelines and environmental regualtions REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience in Well Drilling or related field preferred Valid Driver's License Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and left heavy equipment Willingness to travel to job sites and work outside in varying weather conditions Strong mechanical aptitude  Team oriented with good communication skills COMPENSATION: TO BE DISCUSSED

At Equix, we support our customers and stakeholders and constantly strive to exceed expectations with all of our services, which include: Pipeline Construction, Gas Distribution, Horizontal Directional Drilling, Facility Construction and Fabrication, and Trenching services. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform annual DOT inspections on trucks and trailers</li><li>Troubleshoot problems, discussing with equipment manager options for making economical and durable repairs</li><li>Maintain and repair heavy equipment, trucks, and equipment on a company wide basis</li><li>Services vehicles/equipment to include oil changes, greasing, adding fluids, changing filters and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair electrical and hydraulic systems, diesel and gasoline engines, transmissions, drive trains</li><li>Order parts and supplies</li><li>Adjust functional parts of devices, control instruments and all types of equipment</li><li>Repair or replace defective parts</li><li>Test equipment performance before and after repairs</li><li>Operate and maintain field service truck</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience</li><li>Completion of a Diesel Technician school program highly preferable</li><li>Certifications highly preferable such as ASE, 608/609, etc.</li><li>Must be able to provide own tools</li><li>Must be a Class 8 Mechanic</li><li>Valid Driver License with clean record</li><li>Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screening</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend, reach, stand, climb, kneel, and push</li><li>Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job</li><li>Travel throughout Central Florida Areas: Ocala, Avon Park, Tampa, Orlando, Etc.</li></ul> Equix offers:<ul><li>Multiple medical plan options</li><li>Weekly pay</li><li>Wellness program</li><li>Dental and vision plans</li><li>FSA and HSA options</li><li>401k savings plan with employer match</li><li>Financial protection products</li><li>Short and long-term disability, life, accident, critical illness</li><li>Legal Shield and ID theft plans</li><li>Employer-paid life insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off  and paid holidays</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee referral program</li><li>Pet Insurance</li><li>Education Assistance Program</li><li>Health Advocacy Program</li></ul> **Equal opportunity employer, including veterans, and individuals with disabilities**
