In addition, the following specific skills are required: PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: 3 years of experience (5 years with high school diploma) in a mechanical/electrical leadership role structured around project management including assessing and analyzing project situations; 3 years of experience (5 years with a high school diploma) with project scheduling software (Excel, MS Project, or Primavera) and spreadsheet software, in a windows environment; and, 3 years of experience reading blueprints, along with mechanical skills such as, drilling, tapping, cutting or filing. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering and 3 years of experience as a Service Technician/Engineer or Site Manager in the manufacturing industry.
