Perform analysis of key quantitative and qualitative factors influencing credit quality in the Gaming, Lodging & Leisure sectors; Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models; Engage with industry management teams to gain insights and enhance analysis; Present analysis of companies to internal credit rating committees and participate in the evaluation of other credits within Corporates as well as other related credit groups; Involvement in communicating rating rationales to external audiences (primarily institutional investors, sell-side analysts and media) in meetings, conference calls, press releases and written research reports; Contribute to the writing of timely research on topical issues. Bachelor's degree required; CFA/CPA or CFA Candidate preferred; 3-5+ years relevant experience, some coverage or knowledge of the GLL sector a plus; Capital markets and/or credit analysis experience a plus; Expertise in Excel and Word; Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to shift between multiple projects as priorities change and work in a team-oriented environment.
