The candidate will oversee First Line Support personnel during the assigned shift, provide technical support and guidance to the team, coordinate daily work activities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with production, quality, and engineering requirements. The Team Lead will also support rapid resolution of engineering disturbance notices, drive execution against production priorities, and act as a key communication point between the work floor, Production Engineering, Manufacturing, and leadership.
