Pass a criminal background which will verify that the candidate is: not excluded from participation in Medicare and Medicaid programs; has not been convicted of criminal offenses related to their involvement in Medicaid, Medicare, other health insurance or health care programs, or social services programs under title XX of the Act; and have not been convicted of physical, sexual, drug or alcohol abuse. When acting as a Driver, the Employee will have significant hands-on care of participants and the usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands to assist participants with ambulation: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, stooping, grasping, kneeling, crouching.
