The Laboratory Supervisor will provide both technical and operational leadership , including staff management and development, advanced testing, troubleshooting, quality control, regulatory compliance, and hands-on bench support when needed. This position is responsible for managing laboratory staff, workflow, testing quality, equipment, and resources while ensuring accurate and timely patient results within the Serology department .
