The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in DSP, optical devices, coherent optics, IMDD, and forward error correction, and works effectively across analog, SerDes, PIC, reliability, and firmware teams. This is a highly visible, customer-facing technical leadership role with responsibility for system architecture, modeling and simulation, specification development, validation, and product bring-up.
