The Adult Medicine Clinic is a vibrant primary care setting with a close-knit team of medical providers, nurses, and medical assistants, supported by behavioral health clinicians, dietitians, and health educators, as well as on-site pharmacy, acupuncture, optometry, and dental services. Documentation of current immunizations, including Varicella, TDAP, COVID-19, MMR, and Hepatitis B, as well as TB test results valid within the last two (2) years must be submitted before the start date.
