Performs facility and grounds maintenance to include seasonal winterization/de-winterization, ground restoration, grass cutting, weed whacking, tree trimming, construction and maintenance of small buildings, cleaning and rental equipment repairs. Operates a variety of equipment and machinery such as: electric snowmaking machines, chairlift, rope tow, high pressure air/water pumps, air compressors, aftercoolers, chain saws, pressure washers, and miscellaneous power tools.
