Labor task include but not limited to, Grass cutting, changing light bulbs, trim weeds on fence line & around parking area, blow leaves & grass off parking lot, clean drains in parking lot, Areas where custodial & labor services shall be performed include, office areas, special purpose areas, toilet & shower areas, corridors, fixtures, ash receptacles, windows, lobbies, entrance ways, trash dumpster area, storage areas, weight room, conference rooms, garage area and kitchen areas, outside the building. Must have a Top-Secret clearance Custodial tasks include but not limited to, dusting, washing, vacuuming, stripping & waxing floors, polishing, trash collection and removal, carpet cleaning, replenishment of toilet and kitchen supplies, use of dishwasher and stacking dishes, cleaning AC/Heating supply and return vents.
