In addition to hands-on experience, interns will participate in formal onboarding, networking opportunities, weekly leadership development sessions, an internship project, and an end-of-summer presentation to the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Leadership Team. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs.
