The Proposal/Technical Writer will work as part of both internal/external teams and independently under general guidance to develop narrative content, graphics/figures, process documentation, and knowledge management strategies in support of business development, marketing, and sales initiatives. Develop outlines, storyboards, narrative content, win themes, and graphics/figures/tables as needed in response to various proposal types (RFPs/RFQs, RFIs, whitepaper requests, data calls, etc.) and sections/volumes (technical, management, past performance, resumes, etc.).
