More specifically, a Scientist on the Cellular Pharmacology team will: Independently own research questions end to end by designing, executing, optimizing, and troubleshooting in vitro T cell and myeloid functional assays using primary human immune cells and cell lines; integrate findings with broader program data to advance mechanistic understanding and inform program direction. Direct experience developing and executing T cell functional assays, such as activation, proliferation, polarization, or T cell-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (TDCC), together with meaningful experience in myeloid cell culture or functional assays, such as phagocytosis, antigen presentation, or myeloid cell differentiation and polarization.
