As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
