Own day-to-day lab operations - kit and stage parts ahead of builds, maintain inventory of connectors, wire, rack hardware, and consumables, reorder stock before it runs out, track asset tags and serial numbers, keep benches and kitting stations organized and tools calibrated, and enforce ESD and electrical safety practices in the space. Responsibilities Design and build wiring harnesses for HIL test benches and rack builds - translate schematics into pinout diagrams, select connectors, wire gauge, and shielding for signal integrity and durability, then cut, strip, crimp, terminate, and test each harness for continuity, shorts, and correct pinout before installation.
