Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (sitting and sometimes standing for long periods of time, bending, twisting and lifting small containers of up to or more than 50 pounds and packing them into shipping boxes, moving boxes/ pallets that could be in excess of 800 lbs each via pallet jack).
