The position coordinates behavioral health initiatives, monitors quality and performance, supports clinic leaders, and closes follow-up loops that require behavioral health expertise but do not require executive-level authority, working within priorities and decision frameworks established by leadership while recognizing that enterprise strategy, final clinical governance, and high-risk regulatory decisions remain with the executive team. While leading the implementation and tracking of approved priorities, routine quality audits, KPI reporting, training within assigned competency, and clinic operational support, the position leaves enterprise strategy, policy approval, new program development, and external commitments with leadership.
