The Pile Driving Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all pile driving operations on construction projects to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications. This position supervises field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment operations while serving as the primary on-site leader for pile installation activities on marine, bridge, highway, and heavy civil construction projects.
