Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go to make the everyday experiences of living, working, and playing remarkable - giving us back our most valuable asset, time.<h4>Responsibilities</h4>Basic Function – Assist in the day-to-day management of a location ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, adhering to company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.<ul><li>Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.</li><li>Assist with management duties as assigned.</li><li>Courteously assist customers.</li><li>Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.</li><li>Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.</li><li>Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills and etc.</li><li>Substitute for any position, if necessary.</li><li>Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage.</li><li>Complete other duties as needed.</li></ul> <h4>Qualifications</h4> To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go to make the everyday experiences of living, working, and playing remarkable - giving us back our most valuable asset, time. <h4>Responsibilities</h4>Ensures highest quality customer service and assists the maintenance team with keeping all common areas by the entrances and exits clean.<ul><li>Assists customers in making payment to fully automated revenue control equipment</li><li>Helps customers with parking services and facilitates the expedient flow of traffic through the facility</li><li>Leads programs to improve client and customer satisfaction</li><li>Assists in the management of the day-to-day activities of the assigned location.</li><li>Monitors parkers in pay-in lanes</li><li>Interacts with customers in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>Provides assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.</li><li>Performs other necessary functions as assigned.</li><li>Conducts garage and facility audits as required by management.</li><li>Counts “bank” of revenue (if required) at beginning of shift to ensure starting total is correct.</li><li>Makes change (if required) for customers before transactions.</li><li>Quotes rates for parking services.</li><li>Gives directions to customers to various locations in the city.</li><li>Resolves customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisor.</li><li>Answers telephone in a prompt and courteous manner (if required).</li><li>Maintains cleanliness of facility and picks up trash in the surrounding area.</li><li>Presents themselves professionally (neat appearance and in uniform) at all times while at work.</li><li>Arrives to work on time for scheduled shifts.</li><li>Completes any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul> <h4>Qualifications</h4> Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
