You will...:
A Cruise/Port Agent will travel between The Port and the Airport locations.  This position requires strong customer service skills as well as meeting a strict delivery schedule.<ul><li>Sorting, tagging, and loading luggage into cages</li><li>Sealing cages and loading into truck</li><li>Performing daily vehicle inspections</li><li>Driving delivery box truck safely and lawfully on highways and local streets</li><li>Operating radio to communicate with dispatcher and supervisors</li><li>Unloading cages off truck</li><li>Unloading luggage from cages</li></ul> 

You have...:
<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li><li>Be authorized to work in the United States</li><li>Have a valid driver’s license & clean driving record</li><li>Available to work Friday through Tuesday morning </li><li>Must be able to clear a background and drug screen</li><li>Must be able to lift up to up to 70 lbs consistently throughout the shift </li><li>Experience in customer service preferred</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation to effectively communicate with internal and external customers  </li><li>Able to work in various outside weather conditions (Hot, cold, rain, etc.)</li><li>Complete all required training including airport compliance</li><li>Able to obtain an airport, port, and TWIK badge </li></ul> Appearance Guidelines Employees are expected at all times to present a professional business-like image, even when working behind the scenes. In addition, the employee is required to of twist, turn, stretch, and bend on a frequent basis. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly.
