Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of commercial agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master service agreements, statements of work, consulting agreements, clinical trial agreements, vendor and supplier agreements, agreements with contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs) and other manufacturing and supply partners, software and SaaS agreements, collaboration and licensing agreements, material transfer agreements, and sponsored research agreements. The Corporate Attorney will partner closely with cross-functional teams to support corporate governance, transactional matters in R&D and across the business, compliance initiatives, intellectual property matters, and strategic business development while helping mitigate legal risk and enable business growth in a fast-paced biotechnology environment.
