This role focuses on residential drywall repair, installation, and finishing, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality results and excellent customer service.Our technicians work directly in customers’ homes, so professionalism, cleanliness, and strong communication are essential.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li> Hang, install, patch, repair, and finish drywall </li><li> Match and apply various textures seamlessly </li><li> Perform painting and finishing work after repairs </li><li> Maintain a clean and professional job site </li><li> Communicate clearly with homeowners and ensure satisfaction </li><li> Transport tools and materials to job sites </li><li> Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards </li></ul>RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications:<ul><li> Minimum 1 year of drywall experience (hanging, patching, finishing, and repair) </li><li> Ability to match textures and complete paint finishing </li><li> Own hand tools, power tools, and drywall equipment </li><li> Reliable truck or van capable of transporting materials </li><li> Clean driving record </li><li> Comfortable with background check and drug screening </li><li> Availability Monday through Friday (some Saturdays optional) </li><li> Strong professionalism, appearance, and cleanliness </li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li> Trim work experience </li><li> General remodeling experience </li><li> Advanced knowledge of texture application</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay based on experience </li><li>Consistent, year-round work </li><li>Opportunity to grow with an established brand </li><li>Supportive team environment</li></ul>

As a Drywall Installer, you will be traveling to a variety of worksite locations, determining the drywall needs for that client, and installing based on the specifications and needs of that specific job site. In addition to hanging up brand-new drywall, you will be matching the texture of previously installed drywall, doing patchwork, and taping new drywall. The ideal candidate has previous construction experience, can lift and move heavy objects, and can obey all health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.  Responsibilities  <ul><li>Travel to different job sites and determine the specific needs of each client</li><li>Mark, measure and hang new drywall</li><li>Patch holes and match the texture of existing drywall when needed</li><li>Work cleanly and present a professional front to properly represent the company</li><li>Coordinate and work together with other members of the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Previous experience in the construction field desired</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>The ability to regularly lift heavy objects and work on your feet all-day</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>The ability to work well in a team environment</li></ul>
