You’ll be responsible for preparing, painting, refinishing, and maintaining interior and exterior surfaces across our campus, including resident apartments, healthcare areas, offices, and community spaces. Customer service experience preferred, demonstrated ability to communicate and interact respectfully and effectively with a diverse group of people, demonstrated ability to work independently and as well as part of a team.
