Conduct estimating activities for Self-Perform Operations (SPO) drywall scopes of work on large or complex drywall and general trades projects, including preparation of estimates, value engineering, budget controls, alternative and comparative studies, constructability reviews and Target Value Design to develop complete, accurate, and well-supported estimates, bids and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Minimum of 6 years of related experience performing detailed estimates for specialty scopes of work (e.g., framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, specialty ceilings, delegated design cold formed metal framing, and doors, frames, hardware) .
