The Division consists of innovative, nurturing faculty who strive to deliver quality courses that prepare students with the skills and knowledge necessary for academic transfer to other institutions and/or to enter the job market. The adjunct professors are an integral part of the division and bring work-related experiences, technological skills, applications, and innovative approaches to education into the classroom.

The adjunct professors are an integral part of the division and bring work-related experiences, technological skills, applications, and innovative approaches to education into the classroom.Openings for Adjunct Professor(s) may be available in the following areas of study:<ul><li>Biological Science</li><li>Chemistry</li><li>Engineering</li><li>Environmental Science</li><li>Geosciences</li><li>Human Physiology</li><li>Mathematics*</li><li>Physics</li><li>Pre-Nursing</li><li>Pre-Pharmacy</li><li>Pre-Professional Health Care</li><li>Applied Technology</li><li>Environmental Technology</li><li>Aviation*</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Generally, a master's degree in the teaching discipline or a master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the discipline and two years college teaching experience.</li></ul>* Adjunct opportunities in these areas require lesser degrees.<ul><li>Aviation – Bachelor's Degree and FAA certification or Military Aviation equivalency.</li><li>Mathematics – Bachelor's Degree in Math or Engineering</li></ul>Pay Rate: $700 per credit hour.Note regarding re-applying:  Adjunct announcements are limited to one application per applicant.  However, adjunct position announcements are refreshed on the first Friday of each month. Adjunct candidates wishing to update their credentials or request reconsideration may re-apply accordingly. Seeking an Advisor-level Geoscientist to evaluate new ventures, develop play concepts, and support exploration strategies through integrated subsurface interpretation. Responsibilities include leading prospect generation, building basin-to-prospect models, assessing petroleum systems, and guiding well planning and seismic interpretation.

Seeking an Advisor-level Geoscientist to evaluate new ventures, develop play concepts, and support exploration strategies through integrated subsurface interpretation. Responsibilities include leading prospect generation, building basin-to-prospect models, assessing petroleum systems, and guiding well planning and seismic interpretation. Mentoring geoscientists, representing in external engagements, and integrating geological, geophysical, petrophysical, and geochemical data are key. Required qualifications: Master’s/Doctorate in Geoscience, 15+ years of exploration experience, expertise in seismic and basin modeling, and proficiency in industry-standard software. Preferred skills include international experience, remote sensing, AI applications, and stakeholder communication. Physical requirements involve prolonged sitting and manual dexterity.
