As the Patient Access Representative II, you will register patients accurately and efficiently, utilize multiple patient access areas, maintain service excellence to patients and visitors for face-to-face and telephone encounters, and contribute to PAS Goals as defined annually (Collections, Palm Scanning, etc.) You will need to possess a strong understanding of State and Federal regulations including EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO, maintain a professional relationship with all clinical and non-clinical team members, be able to articulate compliance documentation and ensure completion of required patient consent forms, and maintain patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
