The ideal candidate understands large scale semiconductor construction, highly coordinated MEP environments, aggressive schedules, complex system interfaces, commissioning requirements, and collaboration between the Owner, general contractor, engineering teams, trade contractors, and commissioning teams. This position is focused on semiconductor base build construction , including site wide electrical infrastructure, fab and subfab spaces, utility buildings, electrical rooms, substations, distribution systems, temporary power, and associated facility infrastructure.
