As an E-Commerce Technician, you play a vital role in the success of our mission! After all the revenue generated through our online sale of donated goods help support job training and placement programs that Goodwill provides. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS <ol><li>Select items for listing by evaluating and researching merchandise. Write accurate item descriptions using complete sentences and providing information such as size, color, model, material content, markings and condition. </li><li>Photograph items ensuring they are clear and of sufficient nature to show various angles and markings. </li><li>Post the required number of items daily and proofread them for clarity, grammar, spelling and photo quality. </li><li>Assure items are listed with the correct weight, including the shipping package. </li><li>Recycle/Relist unsold or unpaid items daily, placing new listing numbers on relisted items. </li><li>Maintain the minimum average sale per item, by reviewing past auctions and choosing appropriate merchandise. </li><li>Supports and executes all Goodwill policies and procedures. </li><li>Follows all safety rules and practices. </li><li> Performs all other duties as may be assigned by the E-Commerce Manager in the process of carrying out the mission of Goodwill Industries. </li><li> In order to promote customer and donor satisfaction it is mandatory for employees who come in contact with the public to maintain a positive work outlook and to project a pleasant, courteous, and helpful demeanor at all times when dealing with customers, donors, co-workers, and clients. </li></ol>NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ol><li>Keep area clean by unloading incoming carts and disposing of trash. </li><li>Attend monthly department meetings. </li></ol>ATTENDANCE Goodwill, your co-workers, and our customers depend on you to be at work as scheduled. This role will create and manage a comprehensive, fee-based digital marketing offering that enables retailers to effectively execute lower-funnel and brand-building strategies across digital channels. This individual will combine strategic vision, hands-on digital expertise, and strong business acumen to build a program that drives measurable ROI for retailers while contributing to company revenue growth. The role requires deep knowledge of paid digital media, social media (paid and organic), content development, and digital analytics.
