As an Email & Martech Manager at Traeger, you will lead the strategy and execution of customer engagement across email, SMS, and owned channels to strengthen relationships, drive repeat purchase behavior, and build lifelong loyalty in the Traegerhood. 3-5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing along of which experience also includes marketing technology or digital analytics— ideally in a DTC, ecommerce, or community-driven brand.
