Provide strategic input on messaging and competitive positioning to align with business development goals.
Review materials for strategy compliance and grammar.
Provide production, assembly, and delivery support of marketing materials.Content Creation
Maintain and update resumes, project descriptions, and collateral by interviewing staff and ensuring technical accuracy.CollaborationCollaborate with marketing communications, business development, and technical teams to develop market-specific content for web, email, social media, news, and blogs.

Associates or bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Business, or a related field with 4-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
Without a degree, 5-10 years of relevant AEC experience required.
Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) credentials may be given additional consideration.Technology and Experience
Experience in the development of AEC proposals.
Experience with SF330 Virginia AE or SF254 formats may be given additional consideration.
Demonstrate strong command of industry-standard design and business applications, including Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience with digital asset management systems, such as Open Asset, is a plus.Working ConditionsAt JMT, we prioritize a healthy work-life balance and offer a flexible hybrid working schedule.
