The successful candidate must understand cyber threat intelligence (CTI), SOC operations, incident response, and cyber defense well enough to interpret complex operational and policy requirements, challenge assumptions, and convert them into credible strategies, roadmaps, governance approaches, and implementation activities. The consultant will help clients interpret complex policies, plans, directives, and leadership priorities and convert them into clear strategies, practical roadmaps, and executable project activities.
