We are looking for a highly motivated administrative professional who can take initiative, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and support team productivity. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to maintain an efficient work environment. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner </li><li>Proactively manage administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly </li><li>Answer and direct phone calls </li><li>Provide day-to-day administrative support to management </li><li>Handle scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements </li><li>Manage office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep of the office space </li><li>Prepare and edit documents, reports, and internal communications as needed </li><li>Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion </li><li>Support various departments with tasks as needed – no job too big or too small </li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Proven experience in an administrative, receptionist, or personal assistant role </li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills </li><li>Works well independently and in a team, demonstrating initiative </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) </li></ul>Employment Type: Contract-to-hire opportunity Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Pay Rate: $16-$18 DOE ** If you meet the above requirements / qualifications, please apply with your resume for immediate consideration. **
