The individual will manage proposal coordinators, oversee proposal managers, and ensure seamless collaboration across Capture, Solutions, Pricing, and Executive teams. This role is responsible for managing complex, high-value federal proposals from pre-RFP through submission, ensuring compliance, schedule discipline, and high-quality deliverables.
