Teach Life Skills: Help individuals develop vital communication and independent living skills that set them up for long-term success.</li><li>Build Partnerships: Foster positive relationships with local employers and volunteer organizations to ensure a supportive environment for the individuals we serve.</li><li>Provide a Lift: Safely transport individuals to and from their community employment and volunteer sites.</li><li>Advocate & Document: Keep accurate, confidential records of progress and milestones, ensuring we are constantly centering the needs, desires, and rights of those we support.
