Mix and measure ingredients to form dough or batter for recipes, roll, cut, and shape dough to form rolls, pie crusts tarts, cookies, and related bakery products.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Bakery Clerk is responsible mixing and measuring ingredients into dough in preparation for baking, monitor shrink within the department, ensure all orders are completed in accordance with production schedule; machinery is in good operating order.
