The Event Associate is responsible for designing, coordinating, implementing, facilitating, and documenting high-quality life enrichment programs and events that nurture the mind, body, and spirit of residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Garden Cottage. The position calls for a "country club" level of hospitality paired with "cruise director" energy - someone who not only plans and executes large-scale events but also actively engages residents, facilitates participation, and creates an atmosphere that is vibrant, welcoming, and fun.
