Consult with the youth, family and TDP treatment team members, mental health service providers, government and community officials (courts, court of juvenile probation, police and education authorities). As a Taylor Diversion Programs (TDP) Life Coach, you will assist in the development, coordination, implementation and review of individualized service plans (ISP'S) for youth within our residential, independent living program.
