Master's degree preferred in Training and Development, Human Resources Management, Counseling, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of two (2) years of career counseling, education, workforce development, training, or related experience. This position is responsible for delivering TAP-related instruction, counseling support, and workshop facilitation for transitioning Service Members and Family Members.
