The Enrollment Coach Tier 2 will support enrollment goals by meeting daily outreach metrics, taking ownership of prospective student records, converting prospective students into registration, meeting application goals that have been established for this tier, and by problem solving the learner's needs to match that of the program offerings at LSU Online. Coordinate with admissions and enrollments teams to facilitate logistics for online prospects; including faculty, admissions offices, enrollment offices, individual colleges, the Graduate School, Financial Aid, Student Success Coaches, and other applicable departments.
