Job Objective: Personal Care Assistant (PCA) while working under the direction of a licensed special education staff, will assist one or more students in accomplishing instrumental activities of daily living, health-related functions, redirection of behavior and other tasks as identified in an Individualized Education Programs (IEP), Section 504 plan or health plan for assigned students. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: PCA must have the ability to perform basic math operations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
