Community Coaches are responsible for soliciting, following-up and securing job/volunteer leads for individuals and/or group placements; for implementing program curriculum; delivering individual and small group learning experiences to assist the clients in obtaining Person Centered Service Plans (PCPS); provide job-site/volunteer site training and intervention for Anthesis clients as assigned in community employment/volunteer settings to determine job training goals and ongoing success. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:Regularly required to walk, sit, and talk and hear; regularly lift and/or move and/or push/pull consumers up to 25 pounds; Occasionally lift and/or move and/or push/pull consumers up 50 pounds; Frequently required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands/arms; Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste or smell.
