Head coaching responsibilities to include but are not limited to: game and practice coaching; program administration; budget management; involvement in campus, alumni, constituent and community engagement; recruiting; supervision of assistant coach(es); supervision of camps and direct involvement in program-specific fundraising efforts; recommending a schedule of competitions; coordination of team travel; monitoring of academic progress, retention and counseling of student-athletes; creation of an environment where degree attainment is a priority; and compliance with NCAA and conference rules and regulations.
